Shipping Policy

Our standard form of shipping is UPS Ground (standard for international).  Unless specified otherwise, this will be the shipping method selected.  Within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), shipping time will be 7 business days with standard shipping.  All other forms, 3 business day, 2 business day, or next business day will be delivered on time or a refund is allowed.  

Due to the nature of international shipping, USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee any estimated shipment arrival. Any USPS shipping option chosen by the customer, especially any expedited option, should be considered to be chosen at the customer’s own risk. Simply O3 can not be held responsible for any international shipments that did not arrive on the estimated arrival date, and no refunds will be given in such an occurrence.  Unfortunately we do experience more problems with USPS than UPS.

Refunds and Guarantee

Policy: All Simply O3 ozone generators come with a 6 MONTH money back guarantee, from the date of completed order.   If for any reason the customer decides to return the product within that time frame, we will refund the full price of the device minus the shipping cost.  Shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. 

***Orders over $9,000USD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee two weeks after the date of the purchase.  No returns allowed after 6 months.  

Purpose: This policy exists to encourage our customers to try the device.  They can always return within 6 MONTHS, for any reason. 

Scope:  This policy applies to all customers of an ozone generator device.  The policy does not apply to ozone add-ons, ozone oils, or any other ozone accessories. 

Exchange

Policy:  No exchanges unless it fits the criteria of the manufacturer’s warranty.
