Instructions:

Swish approximately 1 teaspoon (5mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of Ozone Oil Pulling Solution in your mouth for 15 - 20 minutes. Don’t swallow any; just move it around like you would a traditional mouthwash.

After 15 - 20 minutes, spit the oil into your trash can.
